Guidelines For Submitting Files

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

Here at Specialty Signs, our main goal is to create a quality product to your specifications in the fastest and most cost effective way. We need you to work with us on certain requirements for files you give us. These are important to follow and can greatly affect the speed and cost.

To keep the work flow hassle-free and to reduce cost and time, we would like to outline a few basic guidelines.

ACCEPTED FORMATS

100MB Zip, 250MB Zip & CD-ROM.  Be sure to label your disc(s) to avoid misplacement and only send us a copy of the file.  Keep the original.  You can also E-mail your artwork to sales@specialtysigns.com for smaller files.  We archive all of our work for three years.
